FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from The Aroma Studio in Christchurch via Courier. We always provide tracking numbers with dispatch confirmation for your peace of mind.

  • Delivery made between 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.
  • South Island expected delivery is 1 - 4 business days after your order is placed. Our standard delivery service is an overnight courier.
  • North Island expected delivery is 2 - 6 business days after your order is placed. Our standard delivery service is 2 day courier.
  • For rural delivery, please add 3 - 5 working days to the applicable time above.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you to enjoy your The Aroma Studio purchase. But we understand that buying fragrances online can be a challenge, so if you don’t immediately fall in love with your chosen scent, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or provide a full store credit.
Similarly, if you are having issues with your diffuser and have tried our troubleshooting tricks in the FAQ section, we will happily provide you with an exchange.
 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If our products are damaged by the time they reach you or you are unhappy about something, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue.
 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been made and paid for, you cannot cancel it, unless in a special circumstance and the cancellation is approved by our team.
 

INCORRECT INFORMATION

If you change your address and fail to update your details or post incorrect address information on The Aroma Studio website during checkout, you will be liable for your order being delivered to the wrong location. We will not be responsible for any delivery delays which fall outside the control of The Aroma Studio or our employees.
