The Aroma Studio may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

All intellectual property on this site, including without limit, the text, graphics and copyright works is owned by The Aroma Studio. The Aroma Studio is the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this site.
PRICE AND PAYMENTS
All prices shown on The Aroma Studio website are in New Zealand dollars and all transactions are processed in NZD. The Aroma Studio reserves the right to cancel or suspend promotions or discount offers at any time without warning. All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time. Products displayed on www.thearomastudionz.com will be purchased using a secure online credit card transaction facility.
ORDERING
While we will endeavour to fulfil your order, we will not be liable should we decline to fulfil an order, or we are unable to supply the products requested. No contract for sale and purchase of products will be formed until we confirm acceptance of your order as some products may be unavailable from time to time. We reserve the right to alter, upgrade or discontinue any product or information contained on our website without notice. We may cancel orders if we believe they are fraudulent or if an error has occurred.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International delivery is available by request only by contacting info@thearomoastudio.co.nz and is subject to the following conditions.
You are liable for the payment of any local country import duty, customs or sales taxes levied on the products purchased. All international orders will be converted into your local currency at the rate applied by your credit card company. No GST will be charged on sales of goods dispatched outside of New Zealand. Please also note that some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and or/foreign currency exchange fee for purchase made outside of New Zealand.
PROMOTIONS AND ORDERS
All promotions and offers are exclusive to www.thearomastudionz.com and do not apply to other stockists unless otherwise stated. Any promotion or offer may not be used in combination with another. Promotions and offers are subject to availability and The Aroma Studio reserves the right to withdraw promotions and offers at any time without notice.
The Aroma Studio reserves the right to run promotions and offers for set periods of time and in specific locations. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, resold by the purchaser, or returned for a refund or replacement unless the product is faulty. Any decision made by The Aroma Studio regarding promotions and offers on the site is full and final.
